Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Open to individuals 18 years or older.

Employees of the Port Elizabeth Hotel Group may enter; however, employees are not eligible to win the prize.

Previous winners of competitions run by any Port Elizabeth Hotel Group property within the past six months are not eligible to win this competition.

 

2. Competition Period

The competition runs from 14 September 2026 to 28th September 2026.

Entries received after 28th September 2026 at 23:59 will not be considered.

 

3. Entry Method

Participants must enjoy a qualifying Date Night at The Verandah during the competition period.

The original till slip/receipt must be placed into the designated competition box before leaving.

Each qualifying till slip counts as one entry.

Multiple entries are permitted.

 

4. Prize

One winner will receive a Date Night for two at The Verandah.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed within the specified validity period.

 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry.

The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified to claim the prize.

If no response is received within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

6. General

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Port Elizabeth Hotel Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances require.

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with the Port Elizabeth Hotel Group’s privacy policy.
